Studio Drum Kit

We have spent a great deal of time, effort and cash putting together an extremely high quality set of drums and cymbals. Unless you have a professionally tuned, very high quality drum kit, with good skins and cymbals, we strongly recommend that you consider hiring part or all of the studio kit.

The basic kit: Sonor Lite 22" Kick Drum, 2 rack Toms, Floor Tom and hardware can be hired for £10.

Snare Drums: Ludwig Black Beauty and a 1960s Ludwig 400 (both are classic recording snares as used on numerous platinum selling albums). Either or both snares can be hired for £5.

Cymbals: Hi-hats, 2 crashes, ride, splash and china can be hired for £10.

Therefore the cost of hiring the entire kit + Cymbals is £25.

The kit is well maintained and professionally tuned (essential for a good drum sound). Please ask before adjusting the tuning of any of the studio drums as inaccurate adjustments will probably mean dismantling and re-tuning the kit, which will waste significant time
