Accommodation

There is a self contained flat available for those who wish to stay overnight between days in the studio for just £5 per person per project (i.e. a 5 piece band will pay £25 regardless of the length of their project).

Although generally for band members/artists only, there are occasions where we allow guests to stay and there is typically a £15 charge for this (please enquire when booking).

The prices listed above are based on the accommodation being arranged in advance of your booking. If you fail to arrange your accommodation needs in advance it is likely you will still be able to stay, however we cannot guarantee that this will be the case and different rates will apply, typically £10 for band members/artists and £20 for guests.

Arriving The Night Before:

Should you wish to arrive the night before your project there are 2 options:

Option 1: Simply arriving at the flat (plus unloading any amps etc into the studio) is £20.

Option 2: Book an evening session to make a start on your project, this is charged at £10 per half hour (minimum charge = £40). This time can be use for anything from rehearsing the songs to setting up and miking up drums and amps etc and starting to record.

More Info on the flat:

Each person staying in the flat gets a covered mattress and a pillow + pillow slip, bedding can be hired for £5 each in advance or £8 on arrival (or you can of course bring your own).

The flat can sleep up to 5 people in the upstairs bedroom and also has a lounge area with a double sofa bed and a second large sofa (therefore at most can sleep up to 8 people), it has a kitchen (contains a microwave, cooker, freezer, fridge, kettle and toaster) and a shower/wash room. There is also a TV, Video and DVD player in the lounge (no reception on TV so consider bringing some videos/DVDs or a Playstation etc). There are a couple of take aways and 4 fish'n'chip shops within a few miles of the studio and a very nice pub just within walking distance.

Anyone wishing to bring a tent or caravan etc as additional accommodation will usually be more than welcome to do so, however please double check that this is o.k. when booking.
